We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Shipping is available throughout the United States.


Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST / GMT-05:00) will be processed on the next business day


Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 18 business days from the date of order, depending on the shipping destination

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping or handling times.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order in real-time on our Track My Order page.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at:

We can only update shipping information before the order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been processed or is in transit, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for options on returning your item and receiving a refund.


Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery if possible. If the parcel is accepted and you find damage, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging and product)

  2. Contact our support team immediately at support@techtitanstore.com

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund according to our damage policy.
