Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items as long as the following conditions are met:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition

• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

• No restocking fees apply — we don’t believe in penalties for returning an item

Return Label Options

We offer two flexible return label options:

1. Included in the Package:
   A physical return label can be included with your order upon request at the time of purchase.

2. Downloadable PDF Label:
   Once your return request is approved, we will email you a PDF return label that you can print and attach to your package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and your return is approved, refunds will be:

• Issued to the original payment method

• Processed within 10 business days of approval

If your return is not approved due to not meeting the return conditions, we will notify you with next steps.

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund

• Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request cancellation
